Archbishop George H. Niederauer was born on June 14, 1936, in Los Angeles, California. He was the only child of George and Elaine Niederauer. As an elementary school student, Archbishop Niederauer attended St. Catherine’s Military Academy in Anaheim, California. He graduated from St. Anthony’s High School in Long Beach, California in 1954.
  On November 3, 1993, the Holy Father, Pope John Paul II, named Niederauer the 8th Bishop of Salt Lake City. His Episcopal ordination was January 25, 1995. Niederauer received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the University of Utah on May 6, 2005. After 11 years in Salt Lake City, Pope Benedict XVI appointed Bishop Niederauer the 8th Archbishop of San Francisco on December 15, 2005. He was installed on February 15, 2006. On October 7, 2006 Pope Benedict XVI appointed Archbishop Niederauer to the Pontifical Council for Social Communications for a term of five years.

Adele J. Gonzalez, D.Min. is the founder and president of Get-With-It, LLC, (Ponte en Onda), an organization committed to human and spiritual growth through the fostering of healthy relationships with self, others, the world and God.
  Adele has a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota, specializing in the area of Incarnational/Contextual Spirituality and a Master Degree in Religious Studies from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida. She holds a certificate in Spiritual Guidance from the Shalem Institute, Bethesda, Maryland, and is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
  Adele is a national speaker in the areas of Spirituality, Lay Ministry and Multiculturalism and has published articles and essays in magazines and books. She is also the author of two books on Anger and Bible Study, both available in English and Spanish. She has been actively involved in the training and formation of lay ministers within the Catholic Church for over 35 years.

JOHN L. ALLEN JR. is, according to the London Tablet, the most authoritative Vatican writer in the English language. Since 1999, he has served as the prize-winning Vatican correspondent for the National Catholic Reporter and a CNN analyst on Vatican affairs. He also appears on National Public Radio. His reporting is admired across ideological divides; liberal commentator Andrew Greeley calls Allen’s Vatican analysis “indispensable,” while conservative Richard John Neuhaus says possibly the best reporting on the Holy See published in the United States is Allen’s weekly “The Word from Rome” Internet column.
  Allen is the author of three books on Vatican affairs. His most recent work is Opus Dei: An Objective Look behind the Myths and Reality of the Most Controversial Force in the Catholic Church. Allen is a graduate of the University of Kansas, with a master’s degree in religious studies. He and his wife Shannon live in New York, and Allen also has a residence in Rome.

Rev. Gerald P. Fogarty   was ordained in 1939. He holds multiple degrees in Chemistry, Theology, and Philosophy. He is a world reknown author with special focus on Vatican/US relations, patriotism, and cannon law. Dr. Fogarty is a Professor at University of Virginia and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on the History of American Catholicism.
