Download the registration form here. The registration fee is $325 for a single registration (includes meals), or $275 each if there are two or more participants from one cathedral. Please make your check payable to CATHEDRAL MINISTRY CONFERENCE and send by November 15, 2007 to Cathedral Ministry Conference, c/o John Garofalo, 35 Treasury Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084 Please register early!

Hotel Reservations
Your registration is for the Conference only. Hotel reservations must be made separately! Click here to read about the Casa Monica Hotel and different convenient options for reserving your room.

Cancellations and refunds
A refund of fees paid, less $50, will be made upon receipt of written cancellation before December 1, 2007. After December 1, no refunds will be made.
